2 Tablespoons organic coconut aminos
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 Tablespoon organic stone ground or Dijon mustard
1/3 cups olive oil
1 teaspoon dried ground oregano
1-2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, coconut aminos, garlic cloves, mustard, and oregano until well emulsified. Slowly add in the olive oil until you achieve a creamy texture. Taste the dressing and if desired, add the Parmesan cheese, blending until it is well mixed.
