Notes

Whey protein is a good source of NAC, N-Acetylcysteine, a semi essential amino acid and a rate limiting molecule in the production of glutathione, which is a key antioxidant combating inflammation.  NAC is also recommended to support respiratory function.  Glycine is is considered beneficial for controlling anxiety and is also a rate limiting amino acid needed tomake glutathione, a master antioxidant.
